Natural plywood or Black Hex?
Both options use 18mm plywood and the same dimension range. Choose the appearance that suits your van; the configurator shows the price for each finish.
Natural ply drawers
A light wood appearance with the plywood grain visible. Natural ply is the lower-priced option, starting at £257.40 for a 600 × 600 × 180mm drawer.
Black Hex drawers
A dark hex-pattern finish with exposed plywood edges. Black Hex starts at £282.40 for the same size, with one divider included.

These single-drawer example sizes include one internal divider and the runners. You can choose sizes in 10mm increments within the allowed range; the examples are starting points, not the only sizes available.

Extra internal dividers cost £17.50 each, up to two extras per drawer. A two-drawer layout adds £200 at 600–800mm depth, £250 at 810–1000mm or £300 at 1010–1200mm. The upgrade includes the fixed centre partition and one internal divider in each drawer. For example, the 800 × 1000 × 300mm Black Hex drawer is £370.00, or £450.00 with delivery before adding extra dividers.
PLAN YOUR NISSAN PRIMASTAR
Keep bulkhead storage reachable when adding a drawer
Identify your Primastar body configuration and the position of any bulkhead racking. Published vehicle dimensions describe the vehicle; an installed rack, floor or wheel-arch cover can reduce the space available to the drawer.
If you already use bulkhead storage, plan how you will reach it with the drawer closed and open. A drawer near the rear can organise smaller tools while leaving the front storage area in place, provided your aisle remains clear. Measure the depth to the actual rack face rather than the bare bulkhead, and include protruding handles or stored cases in your clearance check.

Can a Primastar drawer be combined with your bulkhead racking?
It can be planned alongside existing storage where the measured space and access allow. Check both products’ dimensions and their opening or loading space; the drawer is not a pre-matched part of a bulkhead kit.

Measure the closed unit’s space
Width runs side to side. Length runs front to back. Height runs from the floor to the top of the outer housing.

Check the way in and out
Check the door opening and surrounding fittings. Leave clear space in front of the unit for the drawer to pull out.

Think about what goes inside
External dimensions are larger than usable drawer space. If a particular tool case needs to fit, check its size with us before ordering.

How much does a custom van storage drawer cost?
Prices start at £257.40 including VAT for a 600 × 600 × 180mm natural ply drawer with one divider. The same size in Black Hex costs £282.40. Extra dividers are £17.50 each, and UK pallet delivery is £80. Use the configurator for the exact price of your chosen size.
Can I choose two drawers?
Yes. Choose one full-width drawer or two equal-width drawers side by side in one housing. The two-drawer layout includes a fixed 18mm centre partition, two handles and a separate pair of locking runners for each drawer. The upgrade is £200 at 600–800mm depth, £250 at 810–1000mm and £300 at 1010–1200mm, including VAT. Overall unit dimensions stay the same; usable drawer width is smaller than half the external width.
What sizes can I choose?
Width and length can each be between 600mm and 1200mm. Height can be between 180mm and 600mm. Choose your dimensions in 10mm increments.
Are these internal or external measurements?
The dimensions describe the outside of the complete closed unit. The drawer’s usable inside space is smaller because of its panels and runners. Contact us if you need to fit an item with specific dimensions.
How many dividers are included?
Each drawer includes one removable internal divider. Add up to two extras per drawer at £17.50 each. The two-drawer layout also includes a fixed 18mm centre partition; this is separate from the internal dividers.
What are the material options?
Choose 18mm natural plywood or 18mm Black Hex plywood. The preview changes with your selected finish and dimensions; it is an illustration rather than a manufacturing drawing.
Which runners are included?
One pair of heavy-duty locking, full-extension ball-bearing runners per drawer, rated up to 225kg per pair depending on runner length. The runner rating includes the drawer’s own weight, so it is not the usable payload. Contact us before ordering if you need to carry a particular load.
How is it supplied and delivered?
Your drawer is delivered fully assembled on a pallet. Lead time is 1–2 weeks, with £80 UK pallet delivery. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
Can I use it beneath a van floor or campervan bed?
Measure the clear space beneath your planned floor or bed, including access for the drawer to open. Choose a height from 180mm to 600mm. This listing supplies the drawer unit; it does not include a raised floor or bed system. Ask us about your layout before ordering if you need advice.
Will this fit my van?
