Organise the space beneath a raised load deck. Choose an open void or a drawer layout and keep frequently used equipment accessible from the rear.
Choose your layout and material above. PLY has a natural wood face; Black Hex has a dark hex-pattern phenolic surface with visible plywood edges. Thickness: 12 mm.

The deck footprint is 1300 × 2290 mm and the overall height is 350 mm. Scribe and trim the perimeter to the actual van floor; the model name is a starting point for selection. Check rear-door access, wheel arches and finished headroom. Drawer layouts need clear space behind the vehicle to open.
What is included?
CNC-cut panels, panel assembly screws and an assembly guide. Required locking full-extension slide pair, recessed drawer handle and latch included for the selected layout. Supplied flat packed for assembly. Vehicle mounting fixings, tools and the contents shown in images are separate.
Before you order
Check the vehicle generation, wheelbase, roof height, seating layout and intended fitting position against this listing. Measure after lining and wheel-arch boxing. Allow for door openings, load access and existing equipment.
Nearside means UK passenger side; offside means UK driver side. Secure the installed unit to suitable structural points and restrain stored items for travel.
PLY or Black Hex?

- Measure the usable side-wall width. Check clear space from the bulkhead area towards the rear doors, allowing for trim, tie-down points and any existing lining.
- Measure available height from the van floor. Make sure the selected height clears roof ribs, windows, handles and anything mounted on the side wall.
- Check the depth works in your layout. Confirm it will not clash with doors, tools, wheel arch position or the space you need down the centre of the van.
