Compact Camper Van Conversion – LWB U-Shaped Bed & Storage

A compact U-shaped camper van conversion for seating, sleeping and storage in Transit Connect, VW Caddy and Fiat Doblo-sized vans. The benches bridge the wheel arches, with five hinged cupboard doors and three removable bed panels.

Compact seating, a full-length bed

• Seating footprint: 1400 W × 2000 L mm.
• Bed footprint: 1400 W × 2000 L mm, using the three removable centre infills.
• Bare seat height: 430 mm; seat depth 450 mm.
• Three flat removable infills. The solid front panel also serves as a tabletop; table support is separate.
• Rounded slatted decks and cupboard storage beneath the seats.

Materials and contents

15 mm plywood carcasses, floors and doors with 18 mm decks, infills and support rails. Choose natural unfinished Plywood or Black Hex phenolic plywood, with a patterned exterior, smooth black reverse and exposed plywood edges. Seal exposed plywood before use.

Includes 47 machined plywood parts, ten hinges and matching plates, five catch and strike sets, furniture assembly brackets, screws and inserts, and assembly instructions. Cushions, mattress, table leg, appliances, finishing products and vehicle-specific installation fixings are separate.

Pallet delivery or collection only

Pallet delivery £80, or free collection from Medway, Kent. Select your option at checkout; collection is arranged when your order is ready. No parcel delivery.

Check your van before ordering

Dimensions vary by model, generation and lining: this is not a universal fit for every compact van. Allow at least 1420 mm clear finished interior width through the furniture height. The arch allowance is based on 800 mm-long, 350 mm-high arches, 1100 mm between their inner faces and a 150 mm rear setback, with 20 mm clearance. Confirm the actual wheel arches, body length at seat height, headroom, door access and structural fixing points.

Allow the full 2000 mm furniture length within your finished van interior. Use while parked; this furniture is not a travelling passenger seat. Secure the furniture, infills and contents for travel.
