What is included
Pre-cut plywood parts, assembly screws and an illustrated build guide are included. Assemble with the supplied 3.5 x 30 mm screws and pre-drill the mating fixing holes with a 2 mm bit as shown in the guide. Secure the finished unit to suitable structural mounting points using installation fittings selected for your vehicle. Tools and vehicle mounting fittings are separate.
Module compatibility
Fits above four adjacent 550 mm MODLINE bays, sold separately. Receiving pads raise the channel 24 mm above the host tops; total added height is 134 mm. Clear length is 2176 mm; width is 62 mm away from the centre splice and 38 mm at the splice.
The MODLINE layout is designed around a Transit Custom Mk1 L1. Check module dimensions, wheel-arch clearance, wall lining and door access against your own van. Each listing supplies the pictured module only; vehicle installation fittings, tools and stored contents are separate.
Product images are 3D renders of the natural plywood design. Grain and colour vary between sheets. Store contents securely for travel.
Fit check Make sure it fits before you order Guide
- Measure the usable side-wall width. Check clear space from the bulkhead area towards the rear doors, allowing for trim, tie-down points and any existing lining.
- Measure available height from the van floor. Make sure the selected height clears roof ribs, windows, handles and anything mounted on the side wall.
- Check the depth works in your layout. Confirm it will not clash with doors, tools, wheel arch position or the space you need down the centre of the van.
