ARC Over-Arch Campervan Kitchen Pod - Plywood or MDF
Turn the space above your campervan’s wheel arch into a useful kitchen and storage area. The ARC pairs a worktop with softly rounded front corners with two spacious cupboard doors and one full-width shelf, in your choice of Plywood or MDF.
Optional fitting kit - £9.99
Add a fitting kit using the Fitting kit option above. The kit includes L brackets and screws to fix your furniture to your campervan wall or ceiling. Select With fitting kit (+£9.99) to add one kit to the selected furniture variant, or Without fitting kit to buy the furniture at its original price. Any assembly hardware already included with the furniture remains included in both options.
Use fixing points suitable for the furniture load and check that the supplied fixings suit your van’s wall or ceiling construction.
Choose your material
Select Plywood or MDF using the Material option. Both materials cost the same for the selected size. Product images show the plywood version; the MDF version has a different surface appearance.
SKU references in the size table identify the plywood versions. The matching MDF version uses the same SKU with an -MDF suffix.

Choose your size
Select your Size (width x depth x height) above. Choose a width of 900, 1000, 1100 or 1180 mm, with a depth of 300 or 400 mm. Every size is 750 mm high. The 300 mm version keeps the footprint compact; the 400 mm version provides a deeper worktop and shelf.
Overall sizes include the worktop overhang. The carcass sits 10 mm in from each side and 20 mm behind the front edge; the rear stays flush.
Wheel-arch clearance
The shelf underside is 350 mm above the floor. The published clearance below leaves space for the fittings: 300 mm clear height, with depth and width shown in the table. Measure your wheel arch, including any lining, against these clear dimensions before choosing a size. The back remains open.
All measurements below are width × depth × height in millimetres.

Fit check Make sure it fits before you order Guide
- Measure the usable side-wall width. Check clear space from the bulkhead area towards the rear doors, allowing for trim, tie-down points and any existing lining.
- Measure available height from the van floor. Make sure the selected height clears roof ribs, windows, handles and anything mounted on the side wall.
- Check the depth works in your layout. Confirm it will not clash with doors, tools, wheel arch position or the space you need down the centre of the van.
