Organise tools and equipment with an 888 Van Racking storage drawer, built from 18 mm plywood and supplied fully assembled. Choose natural plywood or Black Hex, then select the width and depth to suit your available space.
Choose your size and finish
Choose widths from 500–1200 mm and depths from 600–1200 mm, both in 100 mm increments. Every unit is 400 mm high. The selected dimensions describe the outside of the complete closed plywood unit; internal storage dimensions are smaller.
- Plywood: natural wood finish, with grain and colour variation.
- Black Hex: black hex-pattern faced plywood with exposed plywood edges.
- Material thickness: 18 mm.
- Drawer: locking runners and one removable transverse divider.
Delivered assembled on a pallet — £80
The housing, drawer, runners and divider arrive assembled. UK pallet delivery costs £80. The displayed product price includes VAT and the £50 assembly charge. Vehicle installation is separate; vehicle mounting fittings and stored contents are not included.
Check the fit before ordering
Measure between wheel arches, linings and other furniture, and check the loading opening. Allow clearance for drawer travel and projecting runner controls. The unit requires secure installation to suitable structural mounting points in your vehicle.
The housing is open at the rear; the drawer itself has a rear wall. The selected variant image is a CAD illustration of that size and finish. Additional open and closed views show an 800 × 1000 × 400 mm example. Runner hardware is simplified and surface finishes are illustrative; wood grain and hex texture may vary.
Fit check Make sure it fits before you order Guide
- Measure the usable side-wall width. Check clear space from the bulkhead area towards the rear doors, allowing for trim, tie-down points and any existing lining.
- Measure available height from the van floor. Make sure the selected height clears roof ribs, windows, handles and anything mounted on the side wall.
- Check the depth works in your layout. Confirm it will not clash with doors, tools, wheel arch position or the space you need down the centre of the van.
