    Check your generation

    Choose MK1 for the listed 2013–2023 range or MK2 for 2024 onwards. The CONTOUR layouts on this page are for MK1 vans.

    Choose your side and wheelbase

    Nearside is the UK passenger side; offside is the driver side. Match SWB/L1 or LWB/L2 and panel-van or double-cab body layout to the individual product’s fitment notes.

    Measure your finished load area

    Allow for lining, wheel-arch boxing, door openings and fitted equipment. CONTOUR racks may need minor trimming to suit your interior.

Which storage layout should I choose?

Standard side shelving keeps larger tools and boxes easy to reach. CONTOUR divided shelves give smaller fittings and consumables their own compartments. Case and mixed racks combine tool-case trays with divided storage. Compare the shelf and case dimensions on each product page, including handles and latches.

Will the racking fit my SWB or LWB van?

Fitment depends on the specific product. Some standard Transit Custom racks list both SWB/L1 and LWB/L2, while CONTOUR layouts have specific SWB, LWB or double-cab fitment where stated. Check the product’s overall size, side, wheel-arch clearance and your existing lining before ordering.

What materials are available?

CONTOUR racks are available in 12 mm natural plywood or black hex phenolic plywood, both with exposed plywood edges. Black hex has a patterned exterior and smooth black shelf interiors, and adds £50 per bay. The standard MK2 shelving offers PLY and Black Hex material choices. Available materials and their current prices are shown on each product page.

What is included, and how do I fit it?

Check the supplied-parts list for your chosen rack. CONTOUR products include CNC-cut panels, assembly screws and an illustrated guide, supplied flat packed. Vehicle mounting fixings, tools and stored contents are separate. Browse fitting accessories and read the installation instructions before assembly.
