Furniture layouts to compare
Use the current product drawings and pack contents alongside this guide. Compare the sleeping footprint, usable storage and space needed to open doors before choosing your finish.

U-shaped kit with fridge drawer
A kitchen, U-shaped lounge and removable bed infills in a 1400 × 2261 mm footprint. Plywood or Black Hex. Fridge, cushions and mattress are separate.

U-shaped kit with kitchen fridge bay
A 1400 × 2261 mm kitchen-and-lounge layout with a fixed fridge opening and power-station storage cupboard. Appliances are separate; check their installation requirements.
Browse all U-shaped conversion kits, or compare separate kitchens and cupboards and overhead storage. Product images are renders; the listings show current options and prices.
Choose kitchen storage around the things you cook with
Make a cupboard inventory at full size
Set your tallest pan, food box and stacked tableware together and measure them with lids and handles. Compare their dimensions with the usable opening as well as the space behind it. Keep frequently handled containers on a route you can reach from the main living area. A deeper cabinet is not automatically better if the contents become difficult to retrieve.
Leave an unpacking area
Test arriving at a stop with food still in its carry box. Leave enough worktop to set that box down and open a cupboard without first moving another item. If a separate water container is planned, draw its complete removal path. Worktop cut-outs and service equipment should follow the confirmed appliance specification, not an assumed cupboard layout.
Prepare your Exeter conversion enquiry
Send the van make, model, year, wheelbase and roof height, the kit you are considering and your finished measurements. Include:
- Largest pan and food-box measurements
- Clear cupboard opening dimensions
- Removal path for any water container
State the receiving postcode and whether any floor, lining or equipment measurements are still provisional. Use the contact form, call 0330 043 2427 or email contact@888VanRacking.co.uk.
Delivery and Medway collection
For delivery to Exeter, enter your full postcode at checkout and check the service for the selected kit. Provide access details for a home or workshop delivery and leave time to inspect and assemble the furniture before your first trip.
The featured conversion-kit listings offer £80 pallet delivery where that service is available, or free Medway collection by arrangement. Confirm service and price for Highland, island or restricted-access addresses. Rates for other furniture depend on the item and address. Check the shipping policy and your checkout options, or ask us to confirm delivery and lead time.
Before choosing your kit
Do kitchen kits include a sink and water system?
Check the chosen listing, but the featured furniture kits do not include those appliances or services. Plan them separately and confirm their space and installation requirements before cutting a worktop.
What work and equipment should I plan separately?
These are furniture kits. Check the chosen listing for assembly hardware and optional catches or fitting packs. Appliances, cushions, mattress and table support are separate on the featured kits. Confirm your vehicle fit and structural mounting arrangements. Use the lounge and bed while parked; they are not travelling passenger seats.
