The NOMAD 1100 has a 1100 x 550 mm footprint, while the NOMAD 900 is 900 x 310 mm. Both are 850 mm high with plain worktops. The smaller NOMAD 300 is 300 x 300 x 850 mm. All three use 15 mm plywood and have open backs; choose by measured space and intended storage.

Product images are 3D renders. Kits include pre-cut panels, assembly hardware and an illustrated build guide. Vehicle-specific mounting fittings, tools and appliances are separate. Check the current product listing for the complete specification.

Plan the main parts of your campervan furniture

Kitchen units and worktops

Begin with the width and depth available after flooring and lining, then mark the space required for any intended appliances. Protect a useful clear area of worktop. The Maidstone kitchen planning guide explains door clearances and equipment specifications; the East of England guide looks at food and water-container access. A furniture unit does not automatically include a sink, fridge or other equipment.

Cupboards and everyday storage

Choose storage around the items you will actually carry. Measure the opening needed for a box or pan, not only the space it occupies inside the cabinet. Divide items by how often you need them and which door you use to load them. The North East entrance-layout guide and Canterbury short-stop guide help connect cupboard positions with daily routines.

Bed platforms and under-bed storage

Draw the sleeping area with the mattress, supports and access openings included. Decide which cupboards must remain reachable with the bed made. For the trade-offs between fixed and convertible arrangements, use the North West bed-layout guide. Furniture benches and platforms should not be treated as confirmed passenger travel seats.

Plywood and flat-pack furniture kits

Compare written specifications rather than relying on photographs. Ask about panel material, finished dimensions, hardware and assembly requirements. Flat-pack describes how furniture arrives; it does not mean the finished unit is designed for frequent removal. The Yorkshire specification guide and Dartford multipurpose-van guide explain those distinctions.

Before choosing campervan furniture

  1. Identify the actual van. Record make, model, year, wheelbase and roof height, then note existing seats and conversion work.
  2. Measure the finished space. Include flooring, lining, trim, door openings and wheel arches. Label dimensions that are still provisional.
  3. Draw day and night layouts. Show doors and drawers open, the bed extended and every packed item in its intended place.
  4. Confirm what is included. Ask about materials, fittings, worktops, edging and assembly instructions for the actual product.
  5. Check delivery and timing. Provide your full postcode and confirm availability before booking an installation or planning a departure.

Our Rochester and Medway guide explains how to prepare photographs and a measured brief. The Ashford guide helps organise a conversion being completed in phases.

Questions about local campervan furniture enquiries

Do these locations have separate shops or fitting centres?

No. The guides are part of one website and one business based in Rochester. They do not establish showrooms, branches or installation services in each area. Send an enquiry before making any visit or collection plans.

Can I enquire from a town without its own page?

Yes. Choose the relevant regional guide and include your full postcode, vehicle details and furniture brief. Check delivery availability for the specific item and address at checkout.

Where can I see the furniture range?

Browse the 888Camper Furniture collection for natural plywood shelves, cupboards and kitchen units. Each listing gives dimensions and material details. Products are supplied flat packed; vehicle-specific mounting fittings and appliances are separate.
