Furniture layouts to compare
Use the current product drawings and pack contents alongside this guide. Compare the sleeping footprint, usable storage and space needed to open doors before choosing your finish.

U-shaped kit with fridge drawer
A kitchen, U-shaped lounge and removable bed infills in a 1400 × 2261 mm footprint. Plywood or Black Hex. Fridge, cushions and mattress are separate.

U-shaped kit with kitchen fridge bay
A 1400 × 2261 mm kitchen-and-lounge layout with a fixed fridge opening and power-station storage cupboard. Appliances are separate; check their installation requirements.
Browse all U-shaped conversion kits, or compare separate kitchens and cupboards and overhead storage. Product images are renders; the listings show current options and prices.
Make water-container access independent of the bed
Draw the complete lifting movement
Measure a container with its handle raised and include any connections that remain attached during removal. Check the route out of the cupboard and through the van doorway. Do this with the bed made and other storage occupied. A container that fits inside a cavity may still be difficult to lift out once the worktop and door frame are installed.
Keep services visible in the specification
List water equipment separately from the furniture kit and use the equipment maker’s installation guidance. Decide which items need routine access and which are fixed. Avoid burying a connection behind a cabinet that cannot be reached after fitting. A clear drawing lets you assess access without treating a furniture unit as a complete installed water system.
Prepare your Norwich conversion enquiry
Send the van make, model, year, wheelbase and roof height, the kit you are considering and your finished measurements. Include:
- Container dimensions with handles and fittings
- Removal path in sleeping mode
- Access to separately installed connections
State the receiving postcode and whether any floor, lining or equipment measurements are still provisional. Use the contact form, call 0330 043 2427 or email contact@888VanRacking.co.uk.
Delivery and Medway collection
For delivery to Norwich, enter your full postcode at checkout and check the service for the selected kit. Provide access details for a home or workshop delivery and leave time to inspect and assemble the furniture before your first trip.
The featured conversion-kit listings offer £80 pallet delivery where that service is available, or free Medway collection by arrangement. Confirm service and price for Highland, island or restricted-access addresses. Rates for other furniture depend on the item and address. Check the shipping policy and your checkout options, or ask us to confirm delivery and lead time.
Before choosing your kit
Can I choose a water container after ordering the cabinet?
You can compare options, but final selection must fit the usable opening and removal route. Choose the equipment early when it determines cabinet space or worktop cut-outs.
What work and equipment should I plan separately?
These are furniture kits. Check the chosen listing for assembly hardware and optional catches or fitting packs. Appliances, cushions, mattress and table support are separate on the featured kits. Confirm your vehicle fit and structural mounting arrangements. Use the lounge and bed while parked; they are not travelling passenger seats.
