How to choose a universal van-racking kit
Measure the finished load area after lining or flooring. Compare the overall width, height and depth with the product specification, allowing for wheel arches, trim, doors and existing equipment. A universal rack is chosen by dimensions; it is not shaped or approved for every van.
Compare the two shelving ranges
The three-shelf universal plywood unit has width and height options from 1000 to 1200 mm and is 300 mm deep. The separate 12 mm plywood flat-pack range uses 1000, 1100 and 1180 mm width and height combinations, also 300 mm deep. Add storage around the main rack
Use the smaller holders and boxes for consumables, or compare MODLINE modules for cases, drawers and adjustable shelving. Van workbenches add a working surface; made-to-measure van drawers offer another way to access equipment.
